you know. sometimes i just wish i was born stupid.
below are just some plain bullshit, if u wanna read.
here are some bella tips to be happy or to ward off moodspoiler:
1. learn to forget. be positive!
maybe you wun forget everything. perhaps just think of something even better. just think of something happier! think of the possible reasons u are wrong. yea. dun make urself feel so guilty can alr. (easier said than done)
2. GO OUT!
go shopping with girlfriends or wad. if u have dispensable cash, even better. treat yourself to a good meal or spend it on loots u fell in love at first sight. (IF you hv dispensable cash)
3. be crazy, keep smiling!
go crazy like me and you'll understand wad i mean =D
4. pack your room!
you'll definitely feel better if things ard you are neater.. if not when u are feeling 'messy' and see a messy room, it may just get worse.
5. challenge yourself
do some sudoku or mind-bogging problems (not too complicated) and make sure u acomplish you finish it. or it may just get u more fed up.
6. tell yourself to WAKE UP after u got into a trance!
need a constant reminder to work efficiently tho.
7. go jogging/running
jog alone or go with one person at your pace. it proves helpful for me when im not happy. keeps me smiling all the while. great acomplishment too! altho it's tiring after that, i just feel HAPPY. HAHAHAHA!!! remember to warm up and cool down!
8. listen to your favourite music
sing with it... emo with it. if want just cry hardly, once will do. then move on. =D
9. write rubbish on blog.
kinda helped.. but needa think quite a bit. (dun think too much, or u'll go back to emo state very soon)
10. go and slp now..
