got back all my results for promos already. surprisingly got an A for physics.. haha probably the paper is easy? the rest ok la. i failed my geog. and this is like the first time i seriously studied for it. not really serious la. haha. but i studied for it lo. i nv study for common test and i passed. wad the... gp was a fake pass cuz of moderation.
i would probably be mugging like siao this time next year. although promo has juz finished, more homework is coming!!! i haven hand in my geog assignment which was due yesterday. =P there's still chem tutorial, exam paper, maths.. i think there will be even more during the hols. the teaachers wun let us off de lo.
i was offered H3 mathematics.. interested, but afraid i cant cope. or maybe i wouldnt even be selected at all.. haha. but i dunno. should i go for the selection test?

Yes!! and i have made my cookie and cream ice cream with michele yesterday. Was so fun making it. Though we followed the instrution wrongly (minor la) but the ice cream turns out fine! hey, my first attempt making hor. juz that my sis finds the taste too milky. blame the milk!! haha =)
Actually making ice cream isnt that difficult after all. easier than what i expected it to be. the basic ingredients needed are:
- egg yolks
- caster sugar
- cornflour
- semi-skimmed milk
- whipping cream
- the flavour u want
and most important of all, the freezer!!
whisk the egg yolk, sugar and corn flour together until the mixture is thick and foamy
put the milk to boil den gradually add to the whisking yolk mixture
heat the custard gently until custard thickens and is smooth
cool and chill
add vanilla essence
whisk the cream and fold it into the custard
freeze for 4 hour, beat the mixture to break the ice crystals
fold in biscuit chunks or choc.. blahblah..
FREEZE IT!!! and serve. =D
...is that simple
